Ingredients
Method
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix the tomato paste, dried parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, turmeric, Cajun seasoning, olive oil, and lemon juice. Add the chicken and toss until evenly coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers.
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the skewers for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and fully cooked.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Stir in the chopped coriander and, if desired, the honey.
- Brush the butter mixture over the cooked skewers and serve immediately.
Notes
Marinate for up to 3 hours for the best flavor.
Chicken thighs stay juicier than chicken breasts.
For extra tender chicken, add 1 teaspoon of cornstarch to the marinade before mixing. It helps keep the chicken incredibly juicy and soft.
Delicious served with rice, fries, grilled vegetables, or a fresh salad.
